Challenge
The project required complex coordination between manufacturing disciplines (e.g., electrical, instrumentation and mechanical) as well as urgency of execution, sometimes under extreme weather conditions (+50º Celsius).
Solution
Prima provided material sourcing, fabrication and on-site installation of 3 industrial buildings: hopper support (1 story), crusher support (2 stories), and silos support (10 stories) with more than 20 people deployed on site.
Results
With Prima as the manufacturing and supply chain integrator, Calidra achieved on-time in-full completion of the project and re-hired Prima for a similar project of high-urgency in a different location.
