Challenge

Our client was unable to meet accelerated store opening and refurbishment plans using only their internal and third party manufacturing capacity.

Solution

With Prima, they expanded their manufacturing capabilities and raised quality standards while maintaining competitive prices. They achieved delivery times aligned with opening schedules. This included manufacturing more than 70,000 parts, 55 SKUs (gondolas, shelves, examination beds, desks, etc), with presence in over 400 branches.

Results

Prima was able to complete 3D designs and sample approvals for each furniture SKU in a record 2 months, achieving 99%+ approval on furniture delivered throughout the year. Prima stands out for its constant focus on quality, and Farmacias del Ahorro was a case in point, using cutting and painting methods that deliver results superior to retail standards in Mexico and China.
