How Prima delivers mission-critical infrastructure on time and in full

Structural Steel
White Construction project
Structural Steel Texas, US

White Construction

General contractor delivering institutional and commercial construction projects across the United States

Division 5 structural steel for the expansion and renovation of an occupied retirement home in Texas, covering beams, columns, stairs, and miscellaneous metals. Prima fabricated in Mexico, handled cross-border delivery, and executed on-site erection, with sequencing built around the active campus to keep facility operations uninterrupted throughout construction.

Frialsa project
Structural Steel Nuevo León, MX

Frialsa

National leader in cold-chain logistics and industrial refrigeration across Mexico

Turnkey structural steel for a new Frialsa cold-storage facility in Monterrey, from engineering and fabrication through coating, logistics, and on-site assembly. Prima manufactured all trusses, beams, columns, purlins, and connections, applying a white water-based enamel coating for corrosion resistance. Parts were sequenced to arrive in installation order, and the structure was designed from the start to integrate screw conveyors, silos, and bucket elevators.

Takraf project
Structural Steel Minnesota, US

Takraf

Global leader in mining equipment, bulk materials handling, and processing systems for the extractive industries

Engineering, sourcing, and fabrication of 600+ tons of high-resistance tubular steel support structures for a TAKRAF conveyor system in an active iron mine, with individual structures exceeding 20 meters in height. Prima ran procurement and fabrication across 5 specialized fabrication shops, hitting 100% USMCA origin compliance and a minimum yield strength of 50 ksi on all material. Every structure was pre-assembled on the ground to confirm fit before shipping to site.

Haskris project
Modular US

Haskris

US based manufacturer of custom water chillers for semiconductor, medical, and advanced technology applications

Structural chiller frames in stainless and carbon steel for Haskris industrial cooling units. Prima sourced materials, ran structural welding, rivet installation, and ornamental tube finishing, and inspected each kit before export. Frames shipped cross-border to the US under a first-article approval program.

Mission Critical
Flowserve project
Mission Critical US

Flowserve

Global manufacturer of flow control products and management systems for oil & gas, power generation, and water industries

Motor manufacturing for Flowserve’s valve actuation product line, built as a Mexico-based alternative to a supply chain that previously ran exclusively through China. Prima brought casting, machining, and stamping under one roof, built the logistics to hit weekly delivery targets, and scaled from 10 units per month to 60 per week. Within six months, Flowserve added a fifth active part number to the program.

Veolia project
Mission Critical US

Veolia

Global leader in water treatment, waste management, and environmental services — critical infrastructure across more than 50 countries

Frames, skids, and assemblies for reverse-osmosis and de-ionization processes across Veolia’s US water treatment systems. Veolia previously sourced these components from US at 50–60-day lead times. Prima built a Mexico-based supply chain that cut those timelines down, now running at 20 systems per year.

Electrical
Asipona project
Electrical Veracruz, MX

Asipona

Federal authority overseeing infrastructure development and operations at Mexico’s national port terminals

Civil construction for a CFE electrical substation built inside the Port of Veracruz expansion, covering earthworks, concrete structural elements, and reinforcing steel to strict technical specifications. Prima supplied materials, labor, and equipment, with 70+ field personnel deployed across simultaneous work fronts to hold schedule and cost inside an active port environment.
